COST:  

~ Early Bird Rate - Before July 1: $799/family (up to 4 riders and/or non-riders)

~$825/family (up to 4 riders and/or non-riders) after July 1

~ $150 per each additional person

LODGING:

~ This is a day camp only, lodging is the responsibility of each family

~ Camping is allowed at the track at no additional cost (first come first served basis)

~ Other lodging options are available in the area

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

~ Gates open at 7:00am on Mon, Aug 12

~ Early arrival on the 11th is allowed with prior approval

~ Mandatory family meeting at 12:00pm on Monday for all registered families

~ Training begins Monday afternoon

~ Monday - Friday training for MX and Off-road registered campers

~ Dinner provided at 6:00pm daily

~ Worship & Ministry at 7:00pm daily

~ Breakfast and lunch will be with family

~ Parent(s)/Guardian(s) must remain at the track at all times and are responsible for their camper(s) before and after FCA MX events each day.

~ Program ends at 1:00pm on Friday, Aug 16

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

~ Choose your registration option based on the number of participants in your family (riders and/or non-riders)

~ Everyone that will be attending camp MUST register as a participant

~ All members in your group must be immediate family members only. Combining families under one registration is not allowed. If you have special circumstances you would like considered please contact the Camp Director, Ed Stratton, at 315-264-9493

~ If you have more than 4 in your family,  complete the "family of 4" registration option first. Once you have submitted that form, then go back to start a fresh registration page to add any additional family members with the "Additional Person" registration option.

~ Add your "Group Name" (the primary last name of the 'family' registration) to connect any 'additional person'.
