We are moving....to Fry Lake in Wewoka, OK. Take note because we have a couple of major changes this year. We are moving to a campground with a track on it. That means we will provide lodging for the participants and we have created a way that you can drop off your participant for the week. We will no longer allow motor-homes/lodging of your own at the camp. As a parent, your option is to lodge with us for $295 or stay at a nearby hotel and visit us throughout the day.
Moving to this new, exciting residential camp will allow for us to minister to the participants from start to finish. We will no longer lose everyone after chapel at night. The groups (huddles) will lodge together, eat together, worship together and train together.
We have been doing camp this way for 12 years around the country and Oklahoma is the last camp to switch over to residential. We have prayerfully considered this change and we have decided that this is the best way we can do camp.
We are very happy to announce that Trackside Supply will be supporting this camp. The service trailer will be on sight starting Monday morning thru Friday afternoon. They will be providing basic service free to the riders however, parts are not included. In depth repairs will be approved by the riders parents. Camp/Track Location: Fry Lake in Wewoka, OK
Camp is located just 7 miles east of Seminole, OK. There is 259 acres of natural terrain with a cross country trail already up and running. We will have the motocross track professionally built so that we can offer both disciplines. When you register you can choose one or the other. This will be our first year offering that option. There is a small lake with rafts and canoes and a swimming pond with 3 diving boards to get refreshed. We are excited to announce the zip line, basketball courts and volleyball area here as well. There are 15 cabins and an accompanying shower/restroom facility. One cabin will be for the dads and one cabin for the moms that stay with us for the week. The fee is $295 for parents and will cover lodging, food and program for the week. We have all ages sign up as campers (6 to adult) so if you want to ride with us you will need to register as a camper.
Cost: $550 per camper and $295 per non-camper. Both options must register online. These costs cover food, lodging, Bible, pen, lanyard, 1 year subscription to The FCA Magazine and secondary insurance. The only difference is that a camper will get to ride/train and the non-camper will not get to be on the track.
You only need to deposit $200 to register online today. After that you can log back in and pay with payments between now and camp week.
Camp Registration starts at 10am-11:30am and then we will move to have lunch together. There is a $5 fee for lunch if you are not registered with the camp and would like a meal.
Camp Close starts at 1pm with closing ceremonies and will conclude at 2:30pm. Please join us in celebrating the camp, campers and staff.
